Before establishing his ethics defense practice, Wener served as Assistant General Counsel and Designated Agency Ethics Official for the Presidio Trust and spent more than 16 years as a senior attorney and general counsel in the U.S. Army, where he advised leaders on ethics, administrative law, and high-stakes investigations.
